Waters Edge Property Owners Association (WEPOA)

Established in 1987 as a Virginia Limited Partnership, the Waters Edge Property Owners Association (WEPOA) is responsible for preserving, protecting and enhancing the Waters Edge subdivision in accordance with the WEPOA by-laws.  Each property owner in the Waters Edge subdivision is a member of WEPOA.  An annual meeting is held each spring and an annual "work day" is typically planned for a Saturday in June or September.
